When will my purchase arrive?

All snO shipments are sent via 3 - 4 day USPS Ground from the time of purchase. If you need expedited shipping, after your purchase email info@snoic.com to arrange and pay for faster shipping options.

Do we accept returns?

Because snO is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. But if something is wrong with your order or experience, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

 

If your shipment or pint(s) are damaged upon arrival email info@snoic.com, with pictures, and we will mail you a shipping label to send the product back at no charge. After reviewing the unopened sealed product we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
