When will my purchase arrive?

All snO shipments are sent via 3 - 4 day USPS Ground from the time of purchase. If you need expedited shipping, after your purchase email info@snoic.com to arrange and pay for faster shipping options.

Do we accept returns?

Because snO is a food product all sales are final. If your shipment or pint(s) are damaged upon arrival email info@snoic.com, with pictures, and we will mail you a shipping label to send the product back at no charge. After reviewing the unopened sealed product we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Exchanges are not available at the this time.
